And now the wave of retailers set to offer the Asus Eee Pad Transformer are being revealed one by one. The latest buzz going around is that the Asus Eee Pad Transformer will be made available through Best Buy, offering the Asus tablet for $399.99.
Said to be a tablet that could give the likes of the iPad 2 and Motorola Xoom some stiff competition, the Asus Eee Pad Transformer does come with some modest but impressive specs. Among them include innovative specs like a keyboard dock which should turn the tablet into a notebook of sorts.
The Asus Eee Pad Transformer also comes with a battery that can render up to 16.5 hours of useful life. Other specs seem to be as expected with the likes of a front-facing 1.2MP camera, a 5MP rear camera and of course running on Android 3.0 Honeycomb. It comes with a Tegra 2 processor and 16GB of storage.
